Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to assess fit and answer initial questions.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is an intake; we’ll discuss what brings you in, your history, and your goals. It’s also a chance to continue assessing fit.

Individual therapy, psychological assessment, and clinical consultation / supervision.

What concerns do you work with?

Anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, identity, parenting, and personal growth. I do not provide grief-focused therapy, autism-specific evaluations, or crisis services.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

All sessions are virtual, conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing flexibility and accessibility across locations.

How long are sessions?

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Initial intakes run 60 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?

I am a self-pay practice. Super Bills are sent out at the end of each month through Simple Practice with all the information required to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to consult their insurance company to learn their rate of reimbursement. Not currently accepting sliding-scale clients.

Do you honor TriCare rates?

Yes. For active-duty military, veterans, and eligible family members, sessions are billed in accordance with TriCare rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit cards are kept securely on file through the Simple Practice client portal. Clients are charged at the end of the day following their appointment.

What is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT (the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact) is a mutual recognition agreement allowing licensed psychologists to provide telehealth across participating states.

How does PSYPACT apply to your practice?

I hold Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (Mobility #24762), allowing me to see clients located in participating PSYPACT states.

Is this service appropriate for emergencies?

No. This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
