    Consultation

    We schedule a brief consultation call to discuss fit, goals, and answer any questions about how I work.

    Intake & Onboarding

    If it feels like a good fit, you’ll receive intake paperwork through the secure client portal.

  4. 04

    First Session

    We begin together at a weekly or bi-weekly cadence, collaboratively shaping the work to your needs.
