Terms of Use & Website Disclaimer

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Not a clinical service. This website provides general information about my practice. Visiting it, contacting me through it, or reading content here does not create a psychologist-client relationship. Clinical services begin only after intake and a signed informed consent.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Gabrielle Green-Oakes, Psy.D. doing business as Green-Oakes Psychological Services & Consulting (the "Practice"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational Use Only

Content on the Site, including service descriptions, articles, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified provider familiar with your individual circumstances.

3. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with me through this Site does not, by itself, establish a psychologist-client relationship. That relationship is formed only after a completed intake and execution of an informed consent agreement.

4. Not a Crisis or Emergency Service

The Practice does not provide emergency or crisis services and does not monitor inquiries in real time. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please use one of the following resources:

  • Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US).
  • Text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line, US).
  • Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

I am licensed in Virginia (License #: 0810009229; NPI: 1073175030) and authorized to deliver telehealth in participating PSYPACT states. Clinical services are offered only to individuals physically located in jurisdictions where I am authorized to practice at the time of service.
